Staff Recommends Approval. The Transportation and Advisory Board recommended approval by a vote of 4-0 to amend City’s Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program.
Pursuant to Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, VTCS, (Open Meetings Law): In accordance with the authority contained in:
Section 551.074 - Personnel Matters - to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee: City Manager's Evaluation.
Section 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney - to seek advice on the following matters: eminent domain actions for the acquisition of easements for the construction and maintenance of a wastewater lift station and pipelines, and for other public purposes permitted by law.
Section 551.072 - Deliberations About Real Property - deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property to be acquired for easements for the construction and maintenance of a wastewater lift station and pipelines, and for other public purposes permitted by law.
To take action, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, VTCS, (Open Meetings Law).
